Improving Posture With Upper Body Strengthening

Poor posture can lead to a number of significant health concerns. Given the amount of time we spend each day looking down at a computer or smart phone and sitting behind the wheel of a car or at a desk, it’s no surprise that a slouched posture and forward head position is so common.
