Victor graduated with honours from York University in 2004 with a degree in Kinesiology & Health Science. He received a Master's degree in Physiotherapy from D'Youville College in Buffalo, NY in 2007. As a member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario for over 7 years, Victor has since dedicated much of his time developing advanced treatment skills, improving his knowledge base, and has improved the successful outcome of his patient's conditions as a result. Since graduating Victor has become a registered provider of medical acupuncture from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute, has successfully completed his level 1 in manual therapy and served as a board member for the Orthopedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and has attended numerous continuing education courses including Spinal Manipulation, Cranio Sacral therapy (CST), Selective Functional Movement Assessments and evidence-based Lumbar treatment techniques to name a few. Albert Iarz

Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Albert Iarz is an experienced Naturopathic Doctor with a demonstrated history of working in a physical rehabilitation setting. Skilled in Clinical Nutrition, Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, and Physical Rehabilitation, Dr. Iarz believes in an individualized approach to care. Dr. Iarz holds a Bachelor degree in Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, is registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, and holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Kinesiology from York University.



Dr. Tara Howard

Chiropractor

Dr. Tara Howard has been a licensed Chiropractor since 2008. She has worked in several clinical settings as well as in home settings, and has provided patients with wellness care and sports and rehab therapy. She also has experience with treating patients with motor vehicle accident injuries. She is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and studied Kinesiology in her undergraduate education at Brock University. Dr. Howard is a member of the Ontario Chiropractic Association and the Canadian Chiropractic Association. She has taken extra courses to improve her skill set such as Active Release Technique, Motion Palpation and Activator Methods. She strives to stay current by attending Chiropractic seminars for professional development. Dr. Howard uses different treatment methods in order to customize her care to each individual’s needs. It is her goal to care for each patient as an individual and to work together with them to meet their health goals. It is very important to her that all her patients feel comfortable and cared for, and she strives to do whatever she can to make that happen.



Maria Romano
RMT
Registered Massage therapist

A graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, Maria also trained in sports massage, aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage, pre- and post-natal treatments and hot stone massage. Her approach involves stretching and deep-tissue techniques with an equal focus on relaxation, striving to make every session feel like an escape to a holistic retreat. Maria uses her knowledge of human anatomy and mastery of manual techniques to help clients recover from injury while helping them become more body aware in order to avoid injury in the future.



Melissa Broese
BSc, DCh
Chiropodist

Melissa is a registered Chiropodist in the Greater Toronto Area, residing at clinics from the downtown core, to Alliston and Hamilton. She is a graduate of the Podiatric Medicine program at the Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences in Toronto. She is a member, in good standing, with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario and the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine. Being a former kinesiologist, she has a passion for sports medicine, pathomechanics, and biomechanics. Melissa is committed to continuously growing and learning in her field. Melissa has a passion for anything to do with people, health, and the body. She has always been interested in how the body functions under various stressors, states of ailment, and how each individual subjectively views their own health status. Her academic studies and career path has been diverse and leads to an open-minded understanding of subjective, alternative, integrative, and evidence-based medical/health research and practices. She enjoys working alongside a diverse team of practitioners from chiropractors, physiotherapists, naturopaths, and massage therapists in both private and community health care initiatives.



Kunal Patel
B.PT, ESLM
Physiotherapy Assistant

Kunal graduated his Bachelor's in Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi university of Health Sciences, India 2008 and finished his post graduation in Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management from Humber college, 2011. He has been registered with the Indian Association of Physiotherapy and has attended workshops on Mulligan techniques in Manual Therapy to treat various musculoskeletal injuries by passive physiological movements with mobilization. He has been certified with CPR level 1 and 2 and First Aid treatment and has attended workshops on Cancer Rehabilitation and Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Cardiac Life Support.
