Dr. Christopher Schultz

Dr. Schultz graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1994 and from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1999. Since that time, as a practising chiropractor, clinic director, multiple clinic owner and founding partner with Physiomed, Dr. Schultz has made it his mission to help improve the health and lifestyles of the people in his community. Through his experience treating thousands of patients and his leadership in training the healthcare practitioners of the future, Dr. Schultz believes that Physiomed has stood out as a whole health leader in the community and will continue to positively impact the lives of the patients that walk through the door.

Dr. Adam Carney
Clinic Director

Dr. Carney graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and has also completed training in Clinical Biomedical Acupuncture and Graston Techniques. Dr. Carney’s passion is to inspire the community towards improved health and wellness by setting the highest standard of collaborative, interdisciplinary care and patient education. Dr. Carney believes in providing quality service for his patients that is unique and specific to each individual. His goal is to educate patients in all aspects of health and wellness in order to not only overcome common injuries but also to prevent future health problems and maximize performance.

Nick Diodati
PT, Hon BKin

Nick has been involved in the health care field since 2001 when he graduated with an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Lakehead University. He began his healthcare career as a clinical Kinesiologist, helping patients recover from a variety of conditions and injuries. He then went on to complete a Masters in Physiotherapy from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY, in 2007. Since joining the Physiomed team in 2009, his passion has been to help individuals recover from injuries and achieve their optimal health through preventative therapies as well as health and lifestyle education.

Dr. Anthony Yearwood
DC, B.Sc.

Dr. Yearwood graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.Sc. in Neuroscience before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic at Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis Missouri. Dr. Yearwood is a published author in the Journal of Brain Research. Dr. Yearwood has trained and instructed Kenpo Karate for many years and has taken the goal-oriented ideals of martial arts and incorporated them into his practice. Dr. Yearwood practices neurologically centered subluxation based chiropractic and believes that a well-educated patient is the essential partner for good health.

Dr. Nafisa Saleh
DC, ACN, Hon BKin

Dr. Saleh earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Science with honours from York University. She went on to complete her Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College, where she was one of the youngest to ever graduate from the institution. She obtained an Advanced Certificate in Nutrition from NYCC and is currently embarking on a Diploma in Osteopathy. Alongside well-renowned clinicians, Dr. Saleh has successfully completed clinical rounds in long term care hospitals, veterans’ administrations, family and athletic clinics throughout North America. Dr. Saleh specializes in Activator Methods, Clinical Kinesiology Taping, Thompson, ConnectX, Decompression and Sacro Occipital techniques. In addition to English, Dr. Saleh understands French, Arabic, Bulgarian and Hausa. Her areas of interest include volunteering, mathematics, culture, current affairs, Tai Chi and most relevantly, health promotion. Dr. Saleh embraces the welfare of patients as her core professional responsibility. She is an advocate of the multidisciplinary approach to healthcare which Physiomed mirrors and exemplifies.

Daniel Bunag

Active Care Specialist

Daniel completed his education at the University of Toronto with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology. He is registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario and is a member of the Ontario Kinesiology Association. His education and experience has given him an appreciation for a holistic approach to health and wellness. Daniel is passionate about helping others recover from injury and enjoys educating patients to better aid in their recovery.

Laura Dziuryn

Active Care Specialist

Laura graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology with honours and First Class Standing. Having taken courses in advanced physiology, exercise prescription, anatomy, biomechanics, care and prevention of injuries, and health promotion, she has an exceptional understanding of how the body works. Laura's passion is to help others achieve a greater quality of life by improving their overall health. Laura competed in rugby at an elite level for her university, and enjoys playing hockey in her spare time.

Pathik Mistry

Pathik graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences with honours from York University. He has taken courses in physiology, anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise prescription, and has extensive knowledge about how the body functions throughout any given day. Pathik aspires to motivate individuals in building a healthier lifestyle through small changes in their daily habits at work and home. Pathik is also a certified Personal Trainer with the Health and Fitness Federation of Canada. In his free time, Pathik enjoys playing soccer.

Rhysse Noel

Active Care Specialist

Rhysse graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Kinesiology. She has also completed a post-certificate program at Humber College in Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management that focused on hands-on practical skills training in the field of Kinesiology. Rhysse is a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. She has great understanding of human movement including function anatomy, physiology, exercise prescription, and functional testing. Rhysse has always had a passion for helping people in order to enhance their quality of life through rehabilitation and care which she believes is monumental to a person's life physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Karleigh Parker
Active Care Specialist

Karleigh graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Western Kentucky University while also completing a minor in Nutrition. Having taken courses in biomechanics, motor learning, exercise prescription, nutrition, anatomy and physiology, she has extensive knowledge on how the body functions. Karleigh also has experience as a personal trainer leading group fitness classes and one-on-one sessions. Karleigh attended Western Kentucky University on a full-scholarship where she competed for the track and field team in pole vault. Karleigh has competed for Canada on a world stage 4 times and she is currently training in hope to compete for Team Canada at the 2020 Olympics. In her spare time, Karleigh enjoys golfing, hiking, hockey and playing with her puppy.

Puneet Shoker

Puneet graduated from York University where she completed her Honours Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Health Science. Puneet has always had a passion for sports and sciences thus she decided to commit herself to the health science field where she can pursue her two interests. She grounds her work focusing on simple changes to lifestyles that promote healthy living and well-being. Puneet is a competitive Lacrosse player, having competing in the OUA league at York University and the OLA league with Mississauga Trilliums and Brampton Excelsiors.

Zabi Salihi
D.Ch., B.Sc.
Chiropodist/Foot Specialist

Zabi attended the University of Toronto where he completed his Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Biological Anthropology and Human Biology. After university, he attended The Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences where he received a graduate advanced degree of health sciences in Chiropody (D.Ch). Zabi has always been fascinated by medical sciences, has a desire for helping others, and is respected for his professionalism, enthusiasm, knowledge and friendliness. From a young age, he has envisioned himself as a primary health care professional, and chose to become a Chiropodist/Foot Specialist.

Steve Lee
Registered Massage Therapist

Steve is an associate member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and graduated from Sutherland-Chan School & Teaching Clinic in 2012. Steve has vast clinical experience treating in a variety of settings with specializations in sports therapy, pregnancy treatment, spinal cord injury rehabilitation at the Toronto Rehabilitation Lyndhurst Centre, and pre/post thoracic surgery treatments at Toronto General Hospital.

Dr. Mojan Zehtabchi
ND, B.Sc.

“Dr. Z” completed her honours Bachelor of Science with an emphasis on Human Biology and Cell System Biology at the University of Toronto in 2009. In 2013 she received her doctorate degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) where she the Natural Standard Research Collaboration Academic Achievement Award during the four-year program. Mojan was among the twelve interns elected by Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine to work at the Brampton Naturopathic Teaching Clinic, which was the first Naturopathic clinic in a hospital setting in Canada, at Brampton William Osler Health Centre. Mojan has experience working alongside healthcare providers of many different disciplines treating a variety of conditions ranging from sports injuries to infertility. This experience has allowed Mojan to see first-hand how the integrative health care model provides patients with the best care. Dr. Z is trained in the Healthy and Active program, which is a metabolic weight loss regimen based on blood chemistry. She has also completed a three-month preceptorship in a weight management program called Be Your Best Self. Mojan practices Mesotherapy to treat cellulite, localized fat, alopecia, pain, and arthritis and she is also trained in Homotoxicology, which uses combinations of homeopathic remedies to stimulate detoxification. Mojan is also familiar with Biolinguistic Kinesiology, which focuses on the clinical practice of mind-body medicine.

Audrey Long
B.Sc., R.Ac.
Registered Acupuncturist

Audrey is a graduate of The Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences and a registered Acupuncturist with CTCMPAO. After obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at The University of Western Ontario, Audrey was in pursuit of a career goal that bridged her personal philosophy of health and wellness that is grounded in ancient Chinese medicine with her understanding of the practical needs of the modern world. Audrey discovered an outlet for her passion that was grounded in her own origins. As she explains it, “The principles of Chinese medicine are consistent with my own values and how I believe people should live their lives. Delivering healthcare solutions that are holistic and focused on the entire body and mind give me a great sense of accomplishment as I treat my patients.” Audrey’s training in traditional Chinese medicine included acupuncture, herbal medicine, TuiNa (Chinese Massage) Qi Gong and Tai Qi. In addition to her formal program at the Michener Institute, she has also completed other short programs which include Acupuncture for Pregnancy and Labour and Cosmetic Acupuncture. The latter was provided by Mary Elizabeth Wakefield, one of the leading proponents of facial renewal techniques in the world today.

Elise joined the talented and energetic Physiomed team in early 2010. She has a background in sales management and customer service. She believes that we are an industry leader in healthcare and that everyone can benefit from our “Whole Health” solutions.
