    Even though our summer is coming to an end, there is still time to enjoy some of these summer activities!
    -Pick up a racket! Try a game of tennis outdoors or swap the tennis racquet for racquet ball if the heat is too strong!
    -Try a water aerobics class or a game of water volleyball!
    -Is it too hot to take a lunch time walk outside? Take your walk to a near by mall with air conditioning
    -End your day with a walk. Evening walks allow us to get some exercise when the temperatures are not as high and it is a way to relax after a long day!
