Great example set by @radixdan and @radixrach of @radixgym
After making the tough call to temporarily suspend activity at their facility, they encouraged members to come and TAKE EQUIPMENT HOME!!!!
I even saw a Concept rower leave the building.
Amazing commitment to helping their community stay healthy and engaged during a difficult time.

This is a very helpful figure I found in a presentation from Dr. Michael Lin. Point being, familiarize yourself with the likely cluster of signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (and how they compare to common colds, the flu, and allergies) and if your level of suspicion is high enough, act as though you have COVID-19 and protect others accordingly.
It’s still not clear to me 1) how much longer until testing is going to be fully ramped up, and 2) how accurate the current test is, especially as it pertains to FALSE NEGATIVES.
Your own common sense should not be understated. #corona #covid_19

@globeandmail You will hear the term “flattening the curve” a lot in the coming days. Imagine you are going to climb a mountain: You can scale abruptly or you can do a long, slow climb to arrive at the same point. For a health system dealing with coronavirus – especially a chronically overcrowded one such as Canada’s – dealing with a long, slow rise in cases is much easier than an abrupt increase.
Published in Emerging Infectious Diseases, the authors of this study conducted a systematic review of the effectiveness of six social-distancing measures during past flu pandemics. They concluded that early implementation of social distancing delayed the peak in the number of infections, relieving the burden on health-care systems by spreading out the cases over a longer period of time.
Follow the link in our bio for André Picard's Opinion column, Shut it down: It’s time for Canada to get serious about social distancing

Very relevant slide from a @bmarcello13 presentation at the 2018 World Golf Fitness Summit.
Rather than hoarding hand sanitizer, let’s make sure we get adequate rest to give your immune system a fighting chance.
