Therapeutic exercise is one of the most effective elements of a rehabilitation program, and is a key component in most Physiomed treatment plans.

Once we have diagnosed the root cause of your health concern, and conducted a Clinical Fitness Functional Screen to assess your flexibility and range of motion, we’ll combine passive treatments with active care to help you strengthen your muscles, improve your flexibility and range of motion, improve your gait and posture, and increase the stability in your joints. Our skilled physiotherapists and kinesiologists will work with you using targeted, clinically proven exercises and with advanced exercise equipment, including extensive fitness facilities and specialty equipment such as Wave vibration machines and MedX medical exercise equipment at some locations.

Your Physiomed prescribed exercise program will help you recover from injury quickly, return to your normal activities, and help prevent future injuries from occurring.
