Our team of healthcare experts will conduct a Clinical Fitness Functional Screen to assess your range of motion, biomechanics, stability and strength, and work with you to optimize your performance. We’ll focus on improving your flexibility and range of motion, and strengthening the key muscles used in your sport, using sport-specific exercises and a focus on core strength. Whether you’re a competitive athlete or a weekend warrior, we can help you perform at your best.

We have extensive experience working with athletes from many sports, including golf, hockey, running, soccer, tennis, skiing, basketball, football, baseball and volleyball. We also work with children to improve their performance in sports, in a fun, supportive atmosphere.
