As with many things in life, one of the keys to getting and staying healthier is doing the “little things” well. Unfortunately, far too many of us do these little things (breathing, standing and bending) very poorly. As a result, we create additional stress and strain on our neck, back and hips which leads to weakness, injury and even chronic pain.
