Earlier this month, we talked about what your core is, why it matters and how to strengthen it using basic core stability exercises. However, for those more active or athletically inclined individuals, these basic exercises may not be enough. While you can certainly get more from them by simply increasing the intensity, you may find that you want to progress to some more advanced exercises.
