As we move out of the Holiday season, most people have started to make New Year’s Resolutions – the most popular being weight loss. However, people tend to struggle with the 1 to 2 pounds they gain over the Holidays. One important thing to keep in mind is to not focus on just the pounds, but look into some other reasons on why you may be finding challenges with losing weight. Some symptoms include inflammatory and digestive problems, thyroid complications and even mental / emotional issues.
