One of the key reasons why so many of us get injured or end up living with debilitating conditions like chronic back pain is poor bio-mechanics. Poor posture, improper balance and bad form when bending, reaching or even just walking can lead to weakness, strains and degeneration over time. While working out provides a number of key benefits, one of those benefits, and perhaps the one least often mentioned, is the development of proper bio-mechanics; something which, ultimately, gets transferred from the gym to our daily activities thereby reducing our risk of injury and degeneration.
