While our exercise tips normally focus on prevention, sometimes injuries happen and need to be addressed. One of the most common conditions we experience is low back pain. All too often this is the result of excessive, unsupported movement of the lower spine from the time we wake up, right through to the various activities we undertake throughout the day.
