For many of us, the return of warmer weather means a return to outdoor sports. Unfortunately, this also means an increase in lower leg injuries such as Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendinitis. These injuries occur when normal tissue is repetitively exposed to abnormal stress. This stress disrupts the tissue making it weaker such that even normal stress will result in continued injury.
