Given that the average person takes between 5,000 to 10,000 steps a day (or roughly 185,000km over a lifetime), it’s not surprising that we see a large number of patients suffering from various types of acute and chronic foot pain including things like tendonitis, heel spurs, bunions or Morton’s Neuroma (nerve compression). However, while there is a variety of symptoms and conditions, the caused is often the same; poor foot health, or more specifically, poor arches and limited strength/mobility (poor bio-mechanics).
