Each year, far too many of us experience common back and shoulder injuries while completing our fall chores. All too often this is the result of poor body posture and movement techniques which create excessive stress and strain on particular muscles. Ensuring good mid-line/shoulder stability and creating as much torque from our hips and core rather than from our back and shoulders are two key ways to avoid injury and stay healthy while getting our chores done in time for winter.
