While most of us think of knee pain as being caused by some sort of trauma (either from an accident or sports injury), the fact is that it’s often caused by a muscle imbalance resulting from insufficient activity/poor stretching or by using poor form while engaging in everyday activities such as lifting or kneeling; which puts undue strain or pressure on the knees.
