Proper Breathing Technique

Most of our patients have heard us say time and time again, "When it comes to exercise, if you cannot perform A, B and C properly, you definitely shouldn’t be jumping to E or F". Of course, the obvious question is, "what exactly is exercise A?" The answer is “breathing”. If you’re like most people, chances are, you’re probably doing it incorrectly (especially as it relates to exercise).
