Long car trips or plane rides, which often go hand-in-hand with long weekends or travelling for summer vacations, often result in tight hip flexors, quads and hamstrings that ultimately leads to low back pain; reduced muscle activation of the lower body which can cause cramping and stiffness; and poor postural position which predisposes us to headaches, shoulder pain etc.
