Creating stability in the shoulder is key to preventing shoulder injuries. However, it’s important to know that stability in the shoulder comes from more than just the shoulder itself. Grip strength and proper overall form when reaching and lifting helps to avoid hyper-extension or traction which leads to strains and other injuries.
