The warm weather is finally here and it looks like it’s time to say goodbye to snow, ice and sub-zero temperatures for at least a little while. If you’ve spent your winter hibernating indoors away from the cold, you may have skipped a few workouts. The good news is that, now that the weather has improved, it’s a great time to get up and get out there!
